Random Photos from the everyday (#1)

My first Starbucks drink with the recently rolled out logo. Of course I wasn't focused on the logo as much as I was that wonderful whipcream!

Apparently this Starbucks still has a stock of cups with the old logo on them.

Most mornings I grab a bottle of water from the corner store. You know, being healthy (ish) and all that. Laoshan is a mountain right here in Qingdao, and the bottle only costs me about 32 cents.

Welcome to my morning office! This Starbucks is a 10 minute walk from my apartment. Since I live in the apartment that micMAC also uses for office space, I sometimes get rather tired of being there. So I work from Starbucks in the mornings in order to get a little bit of thinking space. Internet at Starbucks in China is conveniently free.

Finally, here are the hashbrowns I made in my apartment last week. They were splendidly good, if I do say so myself.

  1. Starbucks Wifi is free in the States now too. I guess that is a new development that occurred after you departed.
